criminal should not be treated as a human being. they should be torture and killed. but the laaw prptecting them like raising them, wasting too much foods on them, rapist should cut there dck then let them become slave. this world is really hell, this might be a hell, good people suffer while the bad one laugh. such sickening world dont need to be save, its better to destroy this world. to let those kind people and woman avoid furthere suffering.
